Need professional advice regarding exercise with dumbbell for a teenager?

ok im 5'6 or about a half a inch taller i weight about 50-55 kilos(im not sure).i have a 20 pound dumbell.i can lift it easily.should i lift a 20 pound dumbbell or will lifting this weight affect my growth?im 16 gonna be 17 in 2 months.


can u give me advice as to how many reps i should do.


and is it safe to have raw eggs(u know like put the yolk in a glass and drink it)Need professional advice regarding exercise with dumbbell for a teenager?
It won't effect your growth.





Aim for 8 - 12 reps. If you find that too easy then add more weight.


Also do some bodyweight exercises which are just as good.





Push ups


Pull ups


Chin ups


Dips


Crunches


Squats





I don't recommend eating raw eggs, whether it's safe or not depends on where the eggs are from and how well the chickens are kept, etc.
